LAW OF KARMA

I have been reading at so many places regarding law of karma. The simplest definition is "AS YOU SOW, SO SHALL YOU REAP. But in many context this goes totally wrong. Then I think It is more like Newton's Law of action/reaction. And actions behave like vector quantity. And same rule of Physics like Law of vector addition applies.
